Sacred Heart Staff Rescue Dog Family on Campus🐶
Four tiny pups snuggle together in their soft new bed after being safely rescued from under a portable building at Sacred Heart School. Their mother is also safe and being cared for by school staff.

A heartwarming rescue took place at Sacred Heart School in Moreauville last week, when a stray dog and her litter of four puppies were discovered living beneath one of the school’s portable buildings.

The discovery was made by:
Principal Amy Coco
Director of Safety John Soldani
Director of Development & Event Coordinator Karen Moreau

According to school officials, the mother dog had taken shelter under the Prop and Costume Shed, where Soldani carefully removed a section of plywood to reach the pups. Meanwhile, Coco and Moreau ensured the area was safe and the animals were protected during the rescue.

The mother dog and all four puppies were successfully rescued and are now being fostered by Principal Coco until permanent homes or placement can be arranged.

The staff’s teamwork and compassion turned an unexpected discovery into a heartwarming story of care and kindness on the Sacred Heart campus.
