Welcome to Avoyelles Today (“Avoyelles Today,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Avoyelles Today website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Apple and Google subscriptions are managed only through their respective platforms.

All content published by Avoyelles Today—including articles, images, videos, logos, graphics, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Avoyelles Today and protected by copyright and other laws.

You may:

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, or republish content without written permission

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit comments, tips, photos, or other materials (“User Content”):

  • You grant Avoyelles Today a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display that content
