Two Confirmed at St. John the Baptist in Deville!

A special celebration of faith took place, as St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Deville observed the Third Sunday of Easter with the Sacrament of Confirmation.

During the morning Mass, Bishop Robert Marshall Jr. confirmed two young parishioners, marking an important step in their journey in the Catholic faith. The sacrament strengthens those confirmed through the gifts of the Holy Spirit and calls them to live out their faith in service to others.

The parish community gathered in support of the confirmandi, with appreciation extended to Father Albi Mulloth, along with catechists, parents, sponsors, and parishioners who helped prepare and guide the students.

Following the Mass, a reception was held in honor of the occasion, with thanks given to the church’s social committee and all who contributed to making the day meaningful.

Church members ask for continued prayers for the newly confirmed as they grow in faith and commitment.
