Hope Center accepting donations for residents in need

The Hope Center in Marksville is accepting donations of several basic-needs items to help support individuals and families served by the center.

Requested donations include towels, new and unused underwear for both men and women, toiletries and feminine products.

Donations may be dropped off at The Hope Center, 104 South Washington St. in Marksville, during regular office hours, Mon. through Fri. from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Organizers said the donations will help provide everyday necessities to those who need them and encouraged the community to assist when possible.For more information, call 318-253-8705.
