Avoyelles Parish had six new confirmed cases of COVID in the Monday update from the state health department. There were no additional COVID-related deaths.

The Louisiana Department of Health reported 27 new confirmed cases of COVID in Avoyelles in its Friday update, bringing that number to 1850 since the pandemic began in March.
In a two-day report that included all test results reviewed since Tuesday, Avoyelles Parish had eight new cases out of 274 tests.
